Shipping policy
We offer free shipping for Canadian Orders over $75.
We offer various shipping methods to accommodate your needs. These include standard shipping and expedited shipping. The shipping method you choose will determine the delivery timeframe and cost.
Rounder Pets is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once we send your order from our shop, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We advise you to contact the shipping carrier directly should you have any issues with your delivery.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please note: Choosing a faster shipping speed will not change the amount of time your order takes to be processed. The shipping speed you choose will only change how quickly the postal service delivers to you once they have it.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package, destination, and selected shipping method. For all Canadian orders totaling $75 or more, standard shipping is free. Additionally, we offer free pick-up for orders in Vancouver, BC.
Local Pick-up Option: For customers in Vancouver, BC, we offer a free pick-up option. Orders will typically be ready for pick-up within 2-4 business days of placing your order. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to collect your items.
Domestic and International Shipping: We currently ship to Canada and USA only. Please note that additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply to international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to track the status of your package and estimated delivery date.
